It’s great to recycle your aluminum cans, of course. But, another cool thing you can do is make some of these easy recycled can crafts for kids! I found a variety of projects, and I’m sharing a little bit about each one of them. You’re sure to find one that’s perfect for you and your kids to tackle.

Tin Can Apples from Glued to My Crafts – Great for back to school time or fall apple unit studies (other apple craft for kids ideas)
Colorful Tin Can Owl Craft from I Heart Crafty Things – When I saw these for the first time, I couldn’t help but say, “Awww – these are so sweet!”
Kids Craft: Recycled Tin Can Windsocks from Happiness is Homemade – Such a great idea for a summer time craft!
Make Your Own Tin Can Snowman from Hands on We Grow – This could be a little messy, but the end product would be such a perfect winter craft.
Tin Can Spider Craft from Kids’ Craft Room – This one is in the graphic above and is perfect for fall and Halloween.
Personalized Tin Can Pencil Holder Craft from Buggy and Buddy – These would be especially perfect to make as a gift (like maybe for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day)
Upcycled Tin Lanterns from Bren Did – These are shown with love themes, but you could make any types of designs, and I think these would be a perfect summertime crafts. (What about maybe making designs with constellations? So cool!)

Decorated Tin Can Organizer For Kids from Living Well Mom – I think that my 12 year old daughter would LOVE this! It would be fairly easy to make, you could personalize the decorations for your room, and it would be great to get organized. (I think these would be great with washi tape as well.)
Super Fun Tin Can Bowling Game from Red Ted Art – These ones are Halloween-themed, but you could make them any theme. These would be so much fun for playing at home or having at a party.
Cockatoo Pencil Tins from The Craft Train – Turn your recycled cans into decorative birds with felt and feathers.
Upcycling Empty Paint Cans Using Paint Chips from Pillar Box Blue – I would probably use new, empty paint cans for this craft.
DIY Tin Can Pumpkins from Re-fabbed – I love, love, love the color that she picked to do this pumpkins in! These are fall decorations I could get on board with.
